Forecasted Key Milestones

• Final forecast deadline 15^th November 2018
• Start date for non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-reschedulable order 15^th October 2018
• Last day to submit non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-reschedulable order 15^th January 2019
• Last product ship/hub pull date 15^th March 2019

Implementation Notes

1. Build-to-order material or shipments after the “Last-time product ship/hub pull” deadline must be pre-approved by NVIDIA and may incur an additional fee and/or additional leadtime
2. If the final order deviates more than 25% from the final forecast, an additional lead time and/or additional feemay be assessed.
3. NVIDIA will not accept new PO’s after the NCNR PO deadline above.
